Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This role involves administrative support, office management, and coordination of key operational tasks . The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee general office operations and maintain a well-organized workspace.
  • Manage administrative tasks , including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendor relations, and facility management .
  • Assist with basic HR functions , such as onboarding paperwork and employee support.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and basic financial transactions .
  • Support leadership and teams with meeting coordination and travel arrangements .
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures .

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of office administration or administrative support experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) .
  • Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities .
