Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the overall guest experience. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented leader who can motivate and manage a team to deliver exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include :
- Managing daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Overseeing food and beverage production to ensure quality and consistency.
- Managing inventory and controlling food and beverage costs.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements :
