Description
The Business Support Administrator is responsible for supporting the Retail Sales Department by collaborating with a team to develop retail sales product campaigns; working with the Customer Contact Center to improve results as identified in reporting; producing and delivering root cause analysis on factors impacting sales and customer experience. The incumbent will also be responsible for auditing and / or reporting retail sales commissions.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Collaborate with Billing on product campaigns for the company billing system in support of retail promotions.
- Manage Commissions for all assigned teams including but not limited to RSS, Sales Engagement Specialist, Account Managers and PSS’s when applicable.
- Train Sales Staff on process and procedures regarding new product campaigns.
- Audit Subscriber Accounts before and after property specific sales campaigns to ensure accuracy of accounts.
- QC Retail Sales orders to ensure accuracy.
- Coach Retail Sales Teams on proper usage of the Corporate Billing System.
- Contribute to departmental working groups and initiatives.
- Work with the Marketing Department on marketing collateral as needed.
- Assist with on-boarding of new department team members.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience in the telecommunications / cable industry highly preferredExperience working in fast paced, deadline driven environmentsExpert level experience in Excel other BI systems a plusAdvanced knowledge of AMDOCS billing systemProven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCustomer focused with a proven track record of success in achieving / exceeding growth and profitability goalsExperience working closely with marketing, sales and operating teams to meet revenue targetsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong customer service, organizational and analytical and follow through skillsBENEFITS :
