Description

The Business Support Administrator  is responsible for supporting the Retail Sales Department by collaborating with a team to develop retail sales product campaigns; working with the Customer Contact Center to improve results as identified in reporting; producing and delivering root cause analysis on factors impacting sales and customer experience. The incumbent will also be responsible for auditing and / or reporting retail sales commissions.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Collaborate with Billing on product campaigns for the company billing system in support of retail promotions.
  • Manage Commissions for all assigned teams including but not limited to RSS, Sales Engagement Specialist, Account Managers and PSS’s when applicable.
  • Train Sales Staff on process and procedures regarding new product campaigns.
  • Audit Subscriber Accounts before and after property specific sales campaigns to ensure accuracy of accounts.
  • QC Retail Sales orders to ensure accuracy.
  • Coach Retail Sales Teams on proper usage of the Corporate Billing System.
  • Contribute to departmental working groups and initiatives.
  • Work with the Marketing Department on marketing collateral as needed.
  • Assist with on-boarding of new department team members.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Experience in the telecommunications / cable industry highly preferred
  • Experience working in fast paced, deadline driven environments
  • Expert level experience in Excel other BI systems a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of AMDOCS billing system
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Customer focused with a proven track record of success in achieving / exceeding growth and profitability goals
  • Experience working closely with marketing, sales and operating teams to meet revenue targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong customer service, organizational and analytical and follow through skills
