We are seeking a battle-ready Board Certified Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 20 civil trials as First chair to take the lead on bodily injury and uninsured motorist claims.

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Base Pay : $200,000 base per year.
  • Commission : Performance-based, uncapped — potential to earn $400K+ annually.

(Full commission structure discussed during interview. High earnings require commitment and results.)

  • $100,000 Life Insurance Policy (firm-paid)
  • Paid Time Off :

    • 1 week after 6 months

  • 2 weeks after 1 year
  • 3 weeks after 2 years
  • 6 personal / sick days + 6 federal holidays annually
  • Health Coverage :

    • 4 plan options, including HSA.

  • B asic health, dental, and vision insurance paid 100% by the firm.
  • Benefits begin on the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment.
  • Additional Perks : Discounted JCC gym membership and more.

    • Key Qualifications :

  • Minimum 4 years of experience handling bodily injury and UM claims in Florida.
  • Proven trial experience with mastery of the Florida Evidence Code and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
  • Comfortable leading depositions, hearings, mediations , and full trial prep and execution.
  • Skilled in presenting PowerPoint presentations and other visuals during mediation and trial.
  • Aggressive, sharp, and tenacious — with impeccable attention to detail and case strategy.
  • Strong courtroom presence, confident under pressure, and highly competitive.
  • J.D. and active Florida Bar membership in good standing (required).
