HIV Specialist - NP

District Medical Group Inc. (DMG), the largest multi-specialty group in Metropolitan Phoenix, has a NP position immediately available for outpatient HIV services.

HIV outpatient services are conducted at McDowell Healthcare Center, founded in 1989 as an HIV specialty clinic within the Valleywise Health System.  Valleywise is a county-wide network for outpatient Federally Qualified Healthcare Centers (FQHCs), qualifying providers to participate in federally funded loan repayment programs.  It is the largest provider of comprehensive and coordinated HIV-related healthcare services in Maricopa County.  Its primary medical care, is tailored to meet the unique needs of adults living with HIV and Hepatitis C.  The clinic employs full-time providers, all who are AAHIVM certified and possess extensive experience with HIV care.  Other on sight services include comprehensive laboratory testing, behavioral health services with full-time counseling and psychiatry, full service dental care, a co-located HIV specialty pharmacy and the Phoenix areas AIDS Service Organization, the Southwest Center for HIV & AIDS.
