• Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week guaranteed
• Home health setting
• Productivity average 5 - 6 points per day
• Home health and OASIS experience required
• Provider can start day from home to make calls and schedule
• Open to training ambitious candidates interested in home health
• Valid driver's license required
• 13 weeks with possible extension
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
