Engage Diverse Audiences – Communicate effectively with individuals from various backgrounds, cultures, and educational levels to foster inclusion and accessibility. Assess Community Needs – Conduct research and gather input to tailor outreach efforts that align with the needs and interests of the community. Plan and Organize Events – Coordinate workshops, seminars, and informational sessions to educate and engage the community with initiatives. Build and Maintain Relationships – Establish and strengthen partnerships with community organizations, schools, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to enhance collaboration. Evaluate Outreach Efforts – Track the effectiveness of outreach activities using data collection and analysis, adjusting strategies as needed for improved impact. Promote Educational Programs – Actively advocate for programs and / or services, encouraging participation through various communication channels, including social media and community engagement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse populations effectively. Ability to develop and implement outreach plans tailored to specific audiences. Proficiency in event planning and coordination to organize educational activities. Experience in creating and distributing educational materials for various platforms. Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives. Knowledge of community engagement best practices and ability to build sustainable relationships. Ability to assess program effectiveness through data collection and evaluation. Proficiency in digital communication tools, including social media and online marketing platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Health, Communications, Social Work, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in outreach, community engagement, or educational program coordination. Experience working with nonprofit organizations, healthcare providers, or educational institutions is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse communities and underserved populations.
