Chief Information Officer (CIO)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Develop and execute a unified IT strategy that supports both federal and commercial operations.
• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives including continuing cloud migration data modernization and cybersecurity enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) requirements and other federal cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. NIST 800-171 FedRAMP).
• Oversee IT governance risk management and compliance programs.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology investments with business priorities and strategically guide the company in future growth.
• Manage vendor relationships contract negotiations and technology procurement.
• Continue to mentor a high-performing IT team across infrastructure cybersecurity and application development.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

LOCATION : This position is full-time and hybrid in Rockville MD.

SALARY : Salaries are determined based on several factors including external market data internal equity and the candidates related knowledge skills and abilities for the position. The range for this position is 150k-180k.
