Job Title : Bilingual Purchasing Manager (English / Spanish)

Location :  Miramar, FL

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $20 – $22

Job Type : Full-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive  Bilingual Purchasing Manager  to oversee the strategic sourcing and procurement of raw materials, packaging components, and production supplies specific to the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical sectors . This role is critical in supporting production timelines by securing high-quality materials in a cost-effective and timely manner from both domestic and international vendors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source and procure raw materials, active ingredients, and packaging in alignment with production requirements and GMP standards
• Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent supply, pricing, and quality
• Communicate effectively with suppliers in both English and Spanish to resolve issues, negotiate pricing, and confirm lead times
• Track inventory levels and coordinate just-in-time deliveries to prevent production delays
• Collaborate with QA / QC teams to ensure all materials meet regulatory and internal quality specifications
• Maintain accurate procurement records and assist with audits or inspections as needed
