Position Summary : This position prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons requesting either in the restaurant or during a banquet or special event.

Language Abilities
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for an entire shift or extended period of time; walk; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel; execute repetitive motions of the wrists, hands and fingers; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. The employee occasionally is required to sit; and bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, push, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The
employee must regularly lift and / or move 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. The employee will be required to wash hands often; and will be required to have frequent contact / immersion of hands in water, sanitation solutions.
Must maintain a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance and adhere to Rawhide dress code at all times.
