DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

• Serve as the studio's key finance point of contact and overseeing all financial budgets and studio's accounting functions
• Finance and Reporting

Build and monitor the Studio's fiscal year budgets, project budgets and special budgets ensuring appropriate funding

Work and collaborate with Nintendo on accounting and accounts payable activities and initiatives as Retro Studio's Lead Financial Analyst.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in accounting required.

7+ years' accounting, finance, or project management experience.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience working with international vendors / business partners.

Schedule flexibility (est. twice monthly) to meet with international partners as needed.

Able to work with highly confidential and / or sensitive materials / information.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.

Advanced time management skills.

Excellent Excel skills.

Prior management experience preferred.

Knowledge of gaming industry & Nintendo a plus.
