Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking committed educators who meet the following criteria :

• English Fluency
• Native-level proficiency in spoken and written English
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
• A degree in Education or a related field is preferred but not required
• Valid Teaching Certification
• A state- or province-issued teaching license or certificate (K–12 level preferred)
• ESL certification such as TESOL / TEFL is a plus
• Teaching Experience
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in public, private, or charter schools (domestic or international)
• Online teaching experience is a bonus but not required
• Technical Requirements To ensure smooth online teaching, you must have :
• A Windows computer with Intel Core i5 8th generation or higher
• A stable high-speed internet connection
• Ability to teach using the Classpod platform (system compatibility test required) Teaching Schedule & Compensation ⏰ Peak Hours (Beijing Time, GMT+8) :
• Weekdays : 5 : 00 PM – 9 : 00 PM
• Weekends : Flexible availability all day is highly encouraged ⌛ Minimum Commitment :
• 10 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling based on your availability
