$300,000.00 / yr - $345,000.00 / yr

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, bank relationships / treasury, investor relations, and risk management. They will lead the finance and accounting team while partnering closely with other leaders to align financial outcomes with company strategy. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management and will have extensive experience working as a CFO or VP of Finance in a fast-paced, high-growth public company.

Responsibilities

• Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
• Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
• Manage relationships with banks
