Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatrician to join our dynamic team. This position offers a balanced work schedule, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate must be willing to perform circumcisions or already have experience in the procedure.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary : $250,000 annually plus performance-based bonus
• Sign-On Bonus : $15,000
• Relocation Assistance : (Yes, amount based on need)
• Vacation : 22.5 days (including vacation, sick leave, CME) plus 8-10 paid holidays annually
• Continuing Medical Education (CME) : Days + annual allowance
