Salary :

FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $28.00 - $31.00 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

What You'll Be Responsible For :

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Team Lead for the Accounts Payable team to oversee our vendor payment processes, ensure accuracy across financial systems, and guide a high-performing AP team. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor the Accounts Payable team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily AP operations, including invoice processing (PO and non-PO match), vendor account reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to vendor inquiries, maintaining professionalism and service excellence.
• Manage escalations related to purchase orders, invoices, and payments, coordinating cross-functionally with Procurement and Finance.
• Review and approve vendor setups and updates to master data, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Monitor AP metrics and KPIs, identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Collaborate with Finance leadership on month-end close activities and reporting requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison for internal audits and compliance reviews related to AP processes.
