We’re Hiring : Billing Specialist
Location : Indianapolis, IN
Schedule : Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Pay : $50-70k
Are you someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and keeping things organized? We’re looking for a Billing Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis and help us deliver accurate, timely billing to our valued clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Billing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in our finance operations by :
Preparing and sending invoices to customers based on contracts and services rendered.
Reviewing billing data for accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
Communicating with internal teams and clients to clarify billing issues.
Assisting with month-end close and reporting.
Supporting process improvements and system updates.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to meet someone who :
Has 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related field.
Is detail-oriented and comfortable working with financial data.
Has strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Is proficient in Excel and familiar with billing or accounting software.
Enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
