We’re looking for a strategic thinker and relationship-builder to guide affiliate initiatives for a range of national accounts for this well established, award winning agency in ATL. Reporting into the Director of Partnerships, this role will fuel client growth through smart collaborations, platform know-how, and insights grounded in performance data.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and execute affiliate programs that deliver measurable business impact
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with publishers, networks, and partners to unlock premium placements and deals
- Source and onboard new affiliates across editorial, influencer, loyalty, and brand collaboration channels
- Present campaign strategies and performance updates to clients with authority and clarity
- Partner with internal groups (brand, legal, analytics, paid media) to ensure seamless implementation
- Track results, oversee testing agendas, and optimize budgets and performance metrics
- Lead program launches, including setup, tagging, creative refreshes, and troubleshooting
- Mentor and manage a small team of affiliate specialists
What You’ll Bring
4+ years working in affiliate marketing, ideally within a fast-paced agency or performance environmentHands-on expertise with platforms such as Impact, CJ, Rakuten, Awin, or similarStrong analytical capabilities, with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and forecastingFamiliarity with CPA / ROAS-driven campaigns across digital channelsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven leadership abilityStrong prioritization skills and experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneouslyCreative, resourceful, and proactive approach to deal-making and problem solvingNice to Have
