Corporate Accounting manager

Century Group's construction and engineering client is searching for a Corporate Accounting Manager to join full-time. You will be responsible for process improvement, reporting responsibility directly to executives and the controller. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $100,000 to $120,000.

Job Description :

Quarterly and year-end financial audit activities along with analyzing market / product growth on a national scale.

Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong relationships.

Perform analysis on ad hoc projects as requested by Sales, Marketing and Operations by other departments / branches.

Requirements :

Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Develop, track and analyze employee KPI's and make recommendations for improvement. Experience :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

6+ years experience with financials, ERPS in accounting field

2+ years in a supervisory / management role Benefits :
