What you’ll be doing
The Program Assistant supports the Mesa Family Resource Center by assisting staff in daily operations, program preparation, and community engagement activities. This role plays an important part in creating a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment for families accessing the center’s resources and programs.

Assist staff with the daily setup, preparation, and cleanup of program activities and events.Greet families and visitors, providing friendly and helpful customer service.Support the development and coordination of family-centered activities and educational workshops.Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the center.Assist in managing supplies, materials, and activity resources.Participate in outreach efforts and help distribute program information to families.Support staff in maintaining accurate attendance and participation records.Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure smooth center operations.What skills & experience you’ll bring to us
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.Experience working with children of all ages and families.Considerable experience in clerical and customer service environment.Proficient in managing database and handling confidential information.Experience with personal computer (PC) software applications (ex.
