We are a mission-driven outreach and marketing firm partnering with nonprofits, advocacy groups, and socially responsible brands to increase awareness and drive community engagement. Through face-to-face interactions, live events, and grassroots outreach, we connect people with the causes that matter most.

As we grow, we’re seeking passionate Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to support our nonprofit partners by engaging donors and educating communities at in-person events.

Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the vital link between nonprofit organizations and the public. You’ll engage donors, share compelling stories, and represent campaigns that promote positive social change. This full-time, entry-level role includes paid training and clear career pathways into leadership, campaign management, or nonprofit development.

Key Responsibilities

Represent nonprofit clients at live fundraising events and community outreach activations

Engage with donors, supporters, and community members in a friendly, professional manner

Deliver compelling, empathetic messaging to raise awareness and drive support

Educate the public on nonprofit missions, campaigns, and goals

Build lasting relationships that encourage recurring donor contributions

Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign visibility and success

Uphold professionalism, integrity, and compassion in all interactions

Qualifications
