Senior Business Operations Manager

HackerOne is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to be a force multiplier for our business. This is a high-impact and high-visibility role at the intersection of strategy and execution - you'll work closely with cross-functional leaders to translate vision into operational reality and solve complex, high-leverage strategic problems that are among the company's most pressing priorities.

Whether you're diagnosing root causes of an issue, re-architecting a process, or supporting the execution of a critical project, your work will create clarity where it doesn't yet exist, uncover insights, and accelerate decision-making. You'll use first-principles thinking to solve complex problems, leverage data to drive decisions, and spearhead cross-functional initiatives from framing and analysis to planning and execution. This role reports to our VP of Business Operations.

What You Will Do

• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives - from opportunity framing and analysis to planning and outcome realization.
• Diagnose, optimize, or build processes to improve cross-functional execution and drive scale.
• Collaborate and act as a trusted thought partner with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic clarity and operational alignment across the organization.
• Monitor business performance across teams and products - identify key trends, root cause issues, and surface actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
