Key Responsibilities
Understand partner business goals and lead technical implementations for new partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for partner onboarding tasks and define internal processes
Manage multiple engagements, including escalations and project implementation, while informing partners about the product development roadmap
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in solution architecture, data integration, and partner delivery
Ability to document client product constructs and map them to internal data models
Knowledge of SFTP, APIs, and standards like HTTP, REST, SOAP, and OAuth
Experience managing projects with diverse requirements and maintaining holistic plans
Understanding of financial services and the fintech ecosystem, with a desire to learn about legal, compliance, and risk management trends
