Advanced Recovery Systems is an integrated behavioral healthcare management company dedicated to the treatment of addiction, substance abuse, and mental health issues.  We put behavioral health front and center, providing assistance to people with substance abuse issues, addictions and mental health concerns.

The Recovery Village Indianapolis (RVI) is an addiction treatment center with a continuum of care for anyone struggling with substance use disorders. 71 beds, 15 beds for Detox, 34 beds for Residential, and 22 beds for Partial Hospitalization Program / Intensive Outpatient Treatment.

Pay Minimum : USD $39.00 / Hr.

Responsibilities :

The Registered Nurse (RN)  performs a wide variety of job duties during a shift, caring for and educating patients about their medical and psychiatric conditions. Establishing trust and building rapport with patients and their families are key elements of this position.

Job Duties :

• Provide compassionate care and support to patients seeking addiction and mental health treatment
• Monitor patient progress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized care plans
• Ability to administer medications as indicated and monitor detoxification process.
• Ability to assess the medical and psychiatric needs of the patient determine the urgency of their needs and expedite treatment is required.
• Ability to educate patients about medications, health issues and medical conditions.

Schedule : 3 / 12-hour shifts

Urgently Hiring : FT Nights (7p -7a) and FT Days (7a-7p)

Qualifications :

Minimum Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Minimum two years' experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.

Behavioral health experience preferred.

Licensed to practice in the  State of Indiana.
