Must-Have Skills

12–15+ years of program management experience

Strong Capital Markets knowledge : securitization, MBS, private credit, derivatives

Deep understanding of investment banking concepts : capital turnover, risk, hedging, credit

Familiarity with REITs, residential mortgages, and real estate finance

Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional team leadership

Proven success in financial oversight, risk management, and agile project execution

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Defining and executing strategic programs within the Capital Markets domain

Leading cross-functional teams : dev, QA, architects, analysts

Managing budgets, risks, roadmaps, and timelines

Acting as primary liaison with clients and internal leadership

Delivering high-impact financial technology solutions on-time and on-budget
