Job Title : Deployment Technician – Grady Health Systems Refresh Location : Atlanta, GA 30303 Type : Contract – Project-Based (Initial 2-week Pilot with Potential Extension) Start Date : August 25th, 2025 Project Overview : MCPC is partnering with Grady Health Systems on a large-scale device refresh initiative. The initial phase includes a pilot of 165 devices to be completed within two weeks. Following a successful pilot and lessons-learned session, full deployment will commence involving additional technicians. Key Responsibilities : Act as the main on-site point of contact for MCPC at Grady Health Systems. Provide daily reporting : number of devices deployed, delays, and status against daily targets. Ensure smooth coordination between the deployment team and Grady staff. Drive a company van with equipment to and from Grady’s satellite locations as needed. Support and oversee 2–3 regular technicians during the full deployment phase. Participate in a brief lessons-learned session post-pilot before full rollout. Qualifications : Proven experience in IT hardware deployments or similar large-scale refresh projects. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Comfortable working in a hospital or healthcare environment. Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive a van between sites. Ability to work independently and report clearly to project stakeholders. Requirements : Background check, drug screening, and TB testing (TBD – will be confirmed during client call). Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail. Available for a brief video interview (15 minutes) prior to onboarding. Additional Details : This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for continued engagement based on performance. You will be part of a critical refresh initiative for one of Atlanta’s largest health systems. Strong performance during the pilot phase may lead to extended or future projects.
