Hiring for mechanical assemblers in Blaine, MN! Great opportunity for individuals who love to work mechanical enthusiasts! Starting at $21.00 / hour! Responsibilities include performing mechanical assemblies for lawn care equipment, utilizing hand and power tools effectively, interpreting and working from blueprints, completing sub-assemblies or full assemblies independently or in teams, and ensuring excellent attendance with no more than one day missed per month. Does not involve assembly line work, as you will be responsible for the complete assembly of products from start to finish. Will work from blueprints to complete sub-assemblies independently or collaborate in two-person teams for full assemblies.

Essential Skills

6+ months of experience with hand and power tools. 1+ year of hands-on mechanical assembly experience. Ability to interpret and work from blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Good attitude and strong effort. Preferably, experience in automotive work or as a lube / auto technician.

Work Environment

Work in a medium-sized, climate-controlled shop that is not noisy or loud. The space is filled with products, yet provides ample room to work. Employees may work alone or with partners to complete assemblies. Training includes guidance from a trainer. The role operates on a 1st shift from 6 AM to 4 : 30 PM, Monday through Thursday. Fridays are typically optional, with rare mandatory shifts only until mid-day. The work culture is relaxed, with a focus on maintaining productivity.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
