Engineering Lead

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead (Remote). Key Responsibilities : Develop understanding of program scope, schedule, and cost management; articulate delivery requirements to team members Provide coaching and development to engineering team members, defining growth goals and fostering a learning culture Lead team processes, advocate for technical solutions, and participate in hiring and performance management Required Qualifications : 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer 3+ years of experience with backend web application development in a production environment Experience with application performance monitoring tools, specifically DataDog and / or Dynatrace Demonstrated experience in incident response and troubleshooting complex production issues Experience working within an Agile environment
