Event Producer
The Event Producer provides customer-centric event production services and overall event support at the highest level possible for the IT Services Event Productions team and its customers. Successful team members will be able to step seamlessly into a corporate events environment, have strong organizational skills, ability to work across multiple teams and cultures, demonstrate impeccable customer service, and be energetically driven to meet the needs of customers and the team.
Responsibilities include :
- Supports Producer team and customers, daily
- Coordinates meetings effectively; provides supporting documentation and aligns stakeholders
- Maintains multiple meetings operations calendars and databases
- Improves efficiencies, and works to optimize standard processes
- Coordinates and improves project-related data and reporting
- Works on defined projects, with straightforward goals
- Able to identify blockers, troubleshoot effectively, and facilitate progress
- Seeks opportunities to help others improve skillsets and knowledge base
- Supports producer operations at new event venues and locations
Pre-event :
Assists and leads customer planning meetings and walk-throughsEvent script preparation and distribution to production engineersCoordinates vendor estimates and labor costsCoordinates technical resource scheduling for equipment and laborCoordinates any necessary technical testing or technical rehearsalsAble to support media playback and presentation methodsClearly communicates with all team members and stakeholdersCoordinates personal travel arrangements, schedules, and expensesEvent execution :

2+ years in event or production coordination1+ years in project managementAbility to learn how to call a showProficiency with livestreaming, audio, video, lighting and staging systemsScheduling and calendaring managementFamiliar with event billing processesDesire to travel across AMERPreferred qualifications :
