IA-CoCR-INTS3-Oracle CC&B Utilities Engineer

Develops and oversees all aspects of a complex system or set of systems. Works across domain areas of support within the City of Cedar Rapids and across multiple application areas and projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Required Education and Experience :

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field and
• Seven (7) to ten (10) years experience working with and maintaining enterprise level computer applications OR
• An equivalent combination of education and / or experience (i.e. one year of relevant full-time experience may substitute for one year of education).
• Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with Oracle-based applications in particular Customer Care & Billing and Oracle Analytics Publisher.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visio.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations.
