We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and reliable Event Representative to support our team during a special 2-day event. In this temporary position, you will represent our company, greet attendees, provide information about our services, and collect lead information from interested guests. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys engaging with people and representing a brand professionally.

Pay : $18.00 per hour
Schedule :
Wednesday, October 13 – 8 : 00 AM to 12 : 00 PM
Thursday, October 14 – 8 : 00 AM to 12 : 00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Greet event attendees in a professional and friendly manner
Provide clear, accurate information about the company and our services
Answer basic questions and direct guests to appropriate materials or team members
Collect lead / contact information from interested individuals
Ensure a clean and organized table or booth setup
Represent the company with enthusiasm and professionalism at all times
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or event staffing preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking to individuals and small groups
Reliable and punctual—must be available both days
Professional appearance and demeanor
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
