Location : San Ramon
Position Summary : While working collaboratively with both office and field teammates, you will gain a wide variety of hands-on environmental site assessment experience. You will be encouraged and supported to grow personally and professionally through mentorships and other learning opportunities. The work you perform will directly impact communities by keeping them safe from environmental hazards!
Approximate Salary Range : $60,000 - $70,000
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform well-defined practical, analytical, and project administrative responsibilities in the field
- Observe and document site conditions and work performed by contractors on job sites
- Coordinate field work with your team, clients, contractors and regulatory agencies
- Visit project sites to collect environmental soil, groundwater and soil gas samples, and log soil borings
- Prepare routine environmental reports (phase I and phase II environmental site assessment reports, etc...)
- Communicate and collaborate with project managers (locally and in other regional offices), clients, subcontractors

Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering
