Implementation Specialist

We're looking for an Implementation Specialist who will be the driving force behind new client account launches - ensuring every detail is executed with precision, compliance, and care.

In this pivotal role, you'll bridge departments like Sales, HR, Operations, and Finance to bring new clients online efficiently and flawlessly. From ensuring system setups in WinTeam, HubSpot, and Lighthouse , to verifying onboarding compliance and reporting on KPIs, you'll be the go-to person who keeps everything (and everyone) on track.

Essential Job Duties

• Lead and coordinate all new account implementations - from signed proposal through go-live.
• Engage directly with clients to independently handle special requests for services from initial contact through closure and service delivery; ensure event is properly staffed from operations, purchase order is completed, follow up to determine client satisfaction, etc.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to confirm requirements, assign responsibilities, and hit every milestone.
• Maintain accurate, compliant data across multiple platforms and ensure new employees are ready for deployment.
• Develop onboarding checklists, dashboards, and reports that keep leadership informed and clients confident.
• Identify and resolve any data or process gaps to maintain quality and consistency across systems.
• Track and report key onboarding metrics such as training completion, cycle time, and client satisfaction.

Position Requirements

Compensation Range : $65,000- $98,000 annually, commensurate with experience and location.
