A company is looking for a Hospitality Manager, Global Dining.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with technical questions through various communication channels
Reproduce and troubleshoot software and data issues while managing incident escalations
Facilitate customized virtual training sessions and maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of working in an office environment
1-2 years of hospitality or restaurant experience
Highly organized with the ability to manage project timelines
Ability to work independently and escalate issues when necessary
Bachelor's Degree preferred
