We are seeking a  Front-End Developer to play a key role in designing and developing our web-based platforms. This role involves creating seamless, high-performance, and intuitive user interfaces that enhance the digital experience for our customers and internal teams. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to build scalable front-end solutions that align with InnoFi’s vision.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain user-facing features using  HTML, JavaScript, and CSS .
  • Build dynamic and reusable components using modern front-end frameworks ( Vue, Angular, React, Svelte, etc. ).
  • Optimize applications for  performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility .
  • Collaborate with UX / UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Work with back-end developers to integrate APIs and data sources.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in front-end development and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in  HTML, JavaScript, and CSS .
  • Hands-on experience with at least one front-end framework ( Vue, Angular, React, Svelte, etc. ).
  • Understanding of  responsive design, mobile-first development, and cross-browser compatibility .
  • Experience with front-end build tools such as  Webpack, Vite, or similar .
  • Familiarity with  Git and version control workflows.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and front-end state management solutions.
  • Ability to write well-structured, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Nice to Haves

  • Experience with  TypeScript .
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines for front-end applications.
  • Understanding of  SEO principles and web performance optimization .
  • Experience working in  fintech, lending, or auto finance .
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks like  Jest, Cypress, or similar .
