Technical Analyst

A company is looking for a Technical Analyst to develop and maintain applications supporting Field Operations and Dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic direction and support for multiple applications within the Field and Dispatch system stack

Provide advanced technical direction for system enhancements to improve end user productivity

Collaborate with IT and Business Operations to ensure alignment of application / process long-term goals

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical work experience

Experience with operational and customer service systems within the network & telecommunications sector

Knowledge of IT systems requirements, development, and agile processes

Program / Project Management experience
