As Principal Product Manager, you will define and drive the future of platform integration between Follow Up Boss and Zillow. You'll lead the evolution of our two-way sync into a seamless, deeply integrated experience, solving real platform challenges like reducing onboarding friction, improving data reliability, and streamlining agent identity. Your work will empower top-producing real estate teams to focus on serving their clients by replacing legacy complexity with smart, scalable infrastructure.

You Will Get To :

• Lead the strategy and execution of our platform integration with Zillow, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, customer success, and business operations to simplify complex agent workflows and improve the agent experience.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap based on company objectives, partner and customer insights, industry trends, and technology landscape.
• Translate complex technical requirements and business constraints into clear, long-term product direction for cross-functional teams.
• Define and use product metrics to guide business decisions, identify opportunities, and assess performance.
• Communicate proactively with key stakeholders and senior leaders to ensure visibility, alignment, and momentum on high-impact initiatives.
