Position Summary :

Kemper is seeking a bilingual (English / Spanish) Community Outreach Specialist to help grow our brands in Florida through strategic partnerships community engagement and digital outreach.

In this role youll expand brand awareness and localization across key markets by building relationships with schools chambers of commerce nonprofits and local organizations. Youll also represent Kemper at conventions vendor meetings and community eventsstrengthening our presence among Hispanic and bilingual communities.

This position blends traditional community outreach with digital marketing : youll help develop SEO backlink strategies coordinate bilingual content partnerships and drive engagement that boosts visibility for our brand websites.

Position Responsibilities :

• Build partnerships with local organizations and community influencers
• Represent the company at events trade shows and conventions within the state of Florida
• Develop bilingual outreach campaigns and event presentations
• Execute backlink and co-branded content strategies to improve SEO
• Support grassroots initiatives like financial literacy workshops STEM programs cultural events and school sponsorships

Position Qualifications :

The range for this position is $25 to $30 per hour. When determining candidate offers we consider experience skills education certifications and geographic location among other factors. This job is also eligible for our Kemper benefits package (Medical Dental Vision PTO 401k etc.)
