As an Occupational Therapist at MercyOne Genesis you will :

• Evaluate patients to obtain and interpret data necessary for treatment planning andimplementation
• Develop treatment plans directs supervises and treats patients in accordance with treatment plan using treatment modalities
• Prepare written report of diagnostic findings intervention techniques used progress made and follow-up status in a time frame according to policy and procedure
• Consult and communicate with patient family and other multi-disciplinary team members and contracted agencies
• Complete required documentation on patients and maintain other department records in accordance with departmental and health center policies and procedures
• Delegate and supervise activities of occupational therapy assistants and technicians to assure efficient use of department resources
