Responsibilities

• Participate in our training and mentoring program, learning directly from experienced financial professionals
• Study and sit for licensing exams, fully sponsored by New York Life (life, health, and securities)
• Assist in delivering personalized financial guidance, insurance solutions, and planning strategies to clients
• Support and observe client meetings, presentations, and financial planning discussions
• Build and manage relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Develop your own client base with guidance from your mentor and local team
• Stay current on industry products, compliance standards, and market trends
• Represent New York Life with integrity, professionalism, and client-first service
