About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of U.S. Sales for Data Center Solutions. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the growth and strategy of the data center business within the U.S. market. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the U.S. sales organization, spearheading sales of data center infrastructure, services, and integrated solutions to various client segments, and building strong direct relationships with key decision-makers. Additionally, the role involves developing and scaling OBM and white-label offerings, collaborating with global teams to deliver tailored solutions, and staying abreast of market trends and competitor activities. Applicants must have a proven track record in sales leadership within the data center solutions space, with at least 15 years' experience. Deep knowledge of data center systems and the ability to build new revenue channels and lead long-cycle technical sales are essential. The role requires a hands-on, team-first leadership style, and the ability to navigate across cultures and manage global sales efforts. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a STEM background, and an MBA is a plus. The ideal candidate will be ready to take full ownership of the U.S. market, with a focus on revenue, growth strategy, and execution, and will be part of a supportive, collaborative, and execution-focused team environment.
