About the Role :

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and is passionate about helping businesses protect their assets. The ideal candidate will already be licensed in Property & Casualty insurance and have a strong understanding of commercial insurance products.

Responsibilities :

• Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities in the commercial insurance market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and renewals
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM
• Collaborate with account managers and underwriters to ensure a seamless client experience

Requirements :

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
• 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Proficient with digital tools and CRM platforms
