Job Summary :
Under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor, the Machine Operator will operate manufacturing equipment according to specifications, SOPs, and work instructions. This role ensures equipment performance, supports preventative maintenance, and maintains high standards of product quality and documentation in compliance with GMP. Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor equipment functions and maintain accurate operational logbooks
- Report equipment failures and support technicians with troubleshooting
- Assist with Preventative Maintenance (PM) following procedures
- Handle and segregate materials by lot and receiving numbers
- Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition
- Follow all company and department SOPs, GMP, and safety rules
- Ensure compliance with hazard communication, device history records, and documentation standards
- Accept accountability for product quality and report unresolved problems to management
- Maintain complete and accurate records of work-in-process and component inventories
- Demonstrate steady progress in learning all assigned equipment and operations
- Inspect raw materials and finished goods before, during, and after production
