Schedule 5x8 hour Days, Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, with every third weekend on-call. Job Description The Interventional Radiology RN will provide direct patient care during complex diagnostic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process. Responsibilities include patient preparation, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting the physician during procedures. Responsibilities Prepare patients for IR, CT, and Ultrasound procedures. Monitor patients' vital signs and level of consciousness. Administer medications, including conscious sedation. Assist physicians throughout various interventional and diagnostic procedures. Maintain focus on assessment and patient safety during procedures. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1.5 years of experience as an IR RN. 1 year of recent travel experience required. Valid RN license required. Current certifications in CPR, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. Experience with conscious sedation administration in Interventional Radiology (angiography), CT scan, and Ultrasound.
