We are currently seeking a Specialist Controlling & Accounting for our Headquarter in Tuscaloosa, AL. PURPOSE :

To ensure accurate and timely financial management and reporting, support strategic decision-making through effective controlling and analysis, maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and optimize financial processes to drive efficiency and transparency across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage and oversee all accounting activities for the company.
• Handle month-end and year-end financial closings accurately and on schedule.
• Support company controlling functions, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Identify process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation to internal and external auditors.
