Raytheon is seeking a Government Property Administrator, who will contribute to a fast-paced innovative team with responsibility to ensure Government, Customer, and Raytheon owned property is efficiently managed and in compliance with Raytheon business processes, contract requirements, and regulations. The role will administer and / or maintain aspects of the Property Management System including support property lifecycle (i.e., acquisition, receiving, identification, utilization, maintenance, inventory, relief of stewardship, or contract closure).

What You Will Do

• Preparing and submitting required property reports
• Participating in internal assessments and external audits
• Reviewing contracts for government property requirements
• Providing property control training to program personnel
• Life cycle management of Government Property
• Maintaining accurate property records
• Completing annual physical inventory
• Interacting with internal and external customer representatives
• Monitoring property in possession of subcontractors
• Other management duties, as directed
