Bilingual Human Resource Coordinator

System One is partnering with a client seeking a Bilingual HR Coordinator to support HR operations during a period of organizational restructuring. This dual-role position is responsible for a wide range of HR administrative and project-based tasks, ensuring efficient onboarding, compliance, and employee record management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support all aspects of onboarding and offboarding, including I-9 verification and new hire documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records, trackers, and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with digitizing employee files and uploading them into ADP.
• Serve as a backup presenter for onboarding sessions, requiring strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Manage benefits administration tasks and assist with unemployment claims.
• Collaborate with HR leadership on project-based initiatives and process improvements.
• Provide heavy administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations.
