Nurse Practitioner (60% Clinical, 40% Case management) - Riverside, CA

Job-type : Full-time / Permanent

Shift : Monday to Friday, (8 am - 5 pm)

Job summary : We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner with experience in either internal medicine, family medicine or primary care. The Nurse Practitioner would be based out of Riverside Clinic. This means they need both in-clinic experience, but would have been an RN Case Manager in Managed Care or similar in the past or have done both roles, which they may enjoy doing both hands-on and virtual work through the week.

Job Requirements :

• Active and good-standing Nurse Practitioner license.
• Strong Case Management experience required.
• Certification in the State of California.
• Active and good-standing NPI number.
• Post-graduate training in the area of responsibility.
• At least 1+ years of primary care / internal medicine, preferably in the clinic space
