Role

Creative Director – Suspense, Dopamine & Experience Design.

Mission

We’re building a slot studio that hooks people emotionally not with gimmicks, but with pure, engineered dopamine. Our math is elite. Our tech is solid. But we want that electric feeling : the rising tension, the sound design that makes your pulse jump, the reveal that hits like a cinematic trailer. You’ll be the person who understands how to build suspense, control rhythm, and deliver euphoria. Your work will make players feel something, every spin, every near miss, every bonus trigger. This isn’t a concept art role. It’s psychological design at the highest level.

Responsibilities

Direct the feel of every game. Define tension curves, pacing, and emotional payoffs.

Build dopamine loops. Use visual, motion, and audio cues to control anticipation and release.

Lead the creative team. Push artists, animators, and sound designers to find impact, rhythm, and edge.

Shape signature identity. Give our slots a recognizable pulse – bold, cinematic, and addictive.

Sync with math. Match volatility and feature frequency to emotional peaks.

Own the moment of truth. When a feature triggers, it should feel like a movie trailer drop.

Who You Are

Proven Creative or Experience Director from casino gaming or AAA backgrounds.

Deep understanding of player psychology, anticipation, and reward systems.

Obsessed with tension, silence, pacing, and sensory payoff.

Confident leading multidisciplinary teams (art, audio, animation, math).

Ruthless about quality – if it doesn’t raise your heart rate, it doesn’t ship.

Experience That Stands Out

Direct creative experience at Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw, NoLimit City, Push Gaming, Relax, or Big Time Gaming.

Portfolio or reel showing control of tension, rhythm, and emotional payoff.

Understanding of slot pacing, volatility tuning, and feature presentation flow.
