Role Summary
This full-cycle sales position combines the strategic prospecting of an SDR with the consultative closing skills of an Account Executive. You'll be our revenue driver from initial outreach through contract signature, identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and converting prospects into loyal clients for our comprehensive digital solutions portfolio.
What You'll Do
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Source and develop new business opportunities through multi-channel outbound strategies (cold calls, emails, social media, strategic networking)
- Qualify and manage inbound leads to maximize conversion potential
- Leverage modern sales intelligence tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo) to research and segment high-value target accounts
- Consistently meet and exceed daily / weekly activity metrics across all outreach channels
Sales & Closing Excellence
Conduct strategic discovery calls to uncover business pain points and growth opportunitiesCraft customized proposals, detailed scopes of work, and competitive pricing strategies for our digital service offeringsDeliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations that showcase value and ROINavigate objections with confidence, negotiate win-win terms, and drive deals to successful closureMaintain meticulous pipeline management and accurate forecasting in HubSpot CRMWhat We're Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
3-5+ years of proven success in full-cycle B2B sales, with demonstrated expertise in both outbound prospecting and deal closingStrong understanding of digital marketing services ecosystem (website design, SEO, social media marketing, data services, branding)Proficiency with modern sales stack : CRM platforms, outreach automation tools, and proposal softwareExceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage C-level executivesTrack record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in competitive, fast-paced environmentsSelf-starter mentality with excellent time management and ability to thrive in a collaborative office environmentPreferred Qualifications
Previous experience in digital marketing agency environment or selling agency servicesHands-on expertise with tech stacks such as : HubSpot, Apollo, and LoomDeep understanding of marketing KPIs and ability to speak fluently about performance metricsCompensation & Benefits
Base Salary : $65,000
Variable Compensation :
Generous commission structure on all closed deals.On-Target Earnings : $100,000 - $130,000
