Quality Manager
The Heat Treatment Quality Manager will oversee aerospace heat treatment processes to ensure compliance with industry standards such as AS9100, NADCAP, and AMS 2750. This role requires hands-on experience with vacuum heat treating, solution treating, and other thermal processes for aerospace alloys. The manager will lead quality audits, supervise technicians, and drive continuous improvement using tools like FMEA, SPC, and CAPA. A strong understanding in metallurgy and quality systems is essential, along with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Candidates should hold a technical degree and relevant certifications, with leadership experience in a regulated aerospace environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00 / hr.
